Japanese Language Classes For Graduate Students

【Purpose】

  • To improve Japanese language skills necessary for the research activities in graduate school.

 

【Target Audience】

  • International students, auditors, and special auditors in Graduate School of Humanities.

 

【Credits】

  • Credits will be awarded.
    "Japanese Presentation I & II" are provided every year.
    This course is elective for students majoring in Cultural Architecture and Linguistic Culture. Other students in Humanity Science are also allowed to be enrolled.

    ①This class aims to develop skills for writing academic papers.

    ②Students will learn how to express their ideas logically in an academic writing style.

    ③For example, students will learn what kind of reports/papers are there, how to identify/focus on a theme, how to describe an outline of a report/a paper. Students will also learn how to present an object of study, a background, a previous research, and how to explain a purpose of research , an outline of research work in an academic writing style.
